Area Manager – Multi-Unit QSR Operations

About the role

Wingstop UAE is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, driving sales growth, and ensuring high standards of customer service across the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of several restaurant outlets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and food safety regulations.
• Lead, mentor and develop restaurant managers and outlet teams.
• Monitor sales, profitability and operational efficiency, and implement improvement strategies.
• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing, training and operational planning across assigned locations.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with senior management on business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven GCC experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong leadership and multi‑unit management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to achieve operational excellence and meet business targets.
