Area Manager – UAE FC Operations

About the role

As an Area Manager for Amazon's UAE Fulfilment Centre operations, you will lead a diverse team to ensure the site meets demand while maintaining high safety and productivity standards. This hands‑on position offers exposure to the complexity of a global logistics operation and the chance to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across the site.
• Analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to sustain quality and productivity.
• Support, coach, and administrate a large team while fostering a strong team culture.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to optimise work and enhance customer service.
• Collaborate with fellow managers to standardise shift processes and manage operational contingencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2 + years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with up to 100 lb during shifts.
