ARIS Developer

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for an experienced ARIS Developer in Dubai to configure, customise and maintain the ARIS platform, including reports, scripts, dashboards, process models and database administration. The role is on-site and requires hands-on experience with ARIS development, JavaScript-based scripting, process modelling standards and platform configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customise, test and maintain ARIS reports and scripts using JavaScript.
• Configure and maintain ARIS databases, user roles, method filters, templates and attributes.
• Develop and maintain business process models using BPMN 2.0 and other modelling standards.
• Configure ARIS Architect, Designer, Connect, Publisher and IT Architect as applicable.
• Support dashboard specifications, configuration and reporting, and test report outputs with business users and stakeholders.
• Document report logic, fields, filters, calculations, configurations and technical handover requirements.
• Maintain the process repository, update databases and administer the platform.
• Troubleshoot ARIS configuration and scripting issues and collaborate with business process consultants to turn requirements into technical solutions.
• Support user training, platform adoption and the preparation of ARIS usage guides.
• Align process models with enterprise business processes, including SAP-related processes where required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business process management using the ARIS platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience developing ARIS reports and scripts with JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of ARIS method configuration and database administration.
• Experience managing users, roles, method filters, templates and attributes.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and other standards such as EPC.
• Familiarity with ARIS Architect, Designer, Connect, Publisher or IT Architect.
• Experience gathering technical requirements, troubleshooting and testing configurations.
• Strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: ARIS certification or equivalent platform training, BPMN 2.0 modelling certification, ITIL Foundation certification, basic SQL knowledge, experience with SAP process mapping, and strong communication in Arabic and English.
