Art & Creative Director

About the role

Bayat Group is seeking an Art & Creative Director to shape and elevate its visual identity across all channels. You will lead the development of premium, globally‑recognised brand experiences that resonate with our target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the brand.
• Conceptualise, design and launch creative campaigns for branding, social media, advertising and digital content.
• Translate ideas into fully executed visual assets, ensuring consistency and high‑quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align creative output with strategic goals.
• Lead and coordinate creative projects, managing timelines and resources.

Required profile

• Strong creative vision and excellent design sense.
• Proven experience in branding, social media, advertising and digital content creation.
• Ability to develop concepts from idea through to execution.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling and current social media trends.
• Experience leading or coordinating creative projects.
• Ability to work closely with marketing and content teams.
• Experience in immigration, investment, luxury, real estate or professional services is a plus.
