Art Director

About the role

We are seeking an Art Director based in the United Arab Emirates to lead bold, high‑impact creative work for fast‑moving restaurant and retail clients. The role combines strategic visual thinking with hands‑on design execution across branding, campaigns and digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strong creative concepts for campaigns, branding, social media and multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
• Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into visual directions, sketches, storyboards and polished deliverables.
• Lead projects from concept through final execution, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.
• Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with designers, writers and strategists to refine concepts and push creative boundaries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with cultural trends, advertising practices and platform‑specific creative requirements.
• Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and elevate the overall creative output of the team.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in advertising agencies, creative studios or brand‑focused design environments.
• Strong conceptual thinking with a polished portfolio demonstrating visual design excellence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently in a distributed, remote‑friendly environment.
• Strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities, delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
