Asset Management Consultant

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Asset Management Consultant to lead strategic and technical asset management projects across the MEA region. You will help clients optimise performance, mitigate risk, and maximise the value of their asset portfolios throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver asset management consultancy and engineering services across multiple sectors, enhancing portfolio performance, resilience and value.
• Support the development and delivery of asset and operations management projects, including scoping, planning, analysis and client‑facing activities.
• Develop and lead asset management policies, procedures and standards, guiding clients on lifecycle strategies, inventory definition, data analysis and reporting.
• Create asset management frameworks and improvement roadmaps aligned with ISO 55001, define performance metrics, design data models and analyse whole‑of‑life risk to recommend investment and operational plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
• More than 5 years of successful experience in asset management, business consulting or infrastructure advisory.
• Proven experience implementing asset management services in line with ISO 55001.
• Expertise in digital asset and information applications, preferably within critical infrastructure, mobility or building markets.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
