Asset Manager

About the role

The Asset Manager at Coders Den is a part‑time, remote position responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of digital and technical assets, such as software licenses, hardware inventories, documentation, and internal tools. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure assets are efficiently utilized and aligned with project and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Track asset ownership and status, maintaining accurate records in asset management systems.
• Forecast asset needs, coordinate procurement or decommissioning, and support compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare regular reports on asset utilization, cost‑optimization opportunities, and potential risks.
• Recommend improvements to asset management processes and standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to manage digital and technical assets, including software licenses and hardware allocations.
• Experience using asset management tools, spreadsheets, or database systems to keep organized records.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess utilization and propose solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for remote, cross‑functional work.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a part‑time schedule.
