Asset Tagging Inspector

About the role

Land Sterling is looking for an Asset Tagging Inspector to support its Asset Management and Facilities Management projects across Dubai. The role covers on-site asset surveys in master communities, residential buildings and infrastructure projects, identifying, recording and verifying building and infrastructure assets, keeping accurate asset registers and carrying out asset tagging after client approval. It is a site-based position requiring attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work independently across several locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed on-site asset surveys across client properties, including master communities and buildings.
• Identify, inspect and record building, MEP, architectural and infrastructure assets.
• Capture accurate asset information such as type, description, location and other details.
• Prepare and maintain asset registers in Excel, updating them according to client feedback.
• Verify asset information against drawings, documents and site conditions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure asset data is accurate and complete.
• Install asset tags on approved assets and keep accurate records of tagged items.
• Help deliver projects by completing surveys and tagging within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in asset management, facilities management, building maintenance or a related field; junior-level Facilities Management experience considered.
• Good understanding of building assets, MEP systems and infrastructure components.
• Previous on-site experience in buildings, communities or facilities is preferred.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for maintaining accurate records and reports.
