Assistant AC Technician

About the role

The Assistant AC Technician will support HVAC operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance activities across cleanrooms and production facilities at Julphar.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), exhaust and chilled water systems.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities and monitor HVAC parameters, reporting any abnormalities.
• Perform filter replacement, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting tasks.
• Help ensure cleanroom environmental compliance and adhere to GMP requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams during shutdowns and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety and pharmaceutical GMP procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC field.
• 1–3 years of experience in AC/HVAC maintenance.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cleanroom facilities is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
