Assistant Accounting

About the role

D Luxe Car Care, an automotive service provider in Dubai, is looking for an Assistant Accounting professional to support accurate financial administration across its vehicle‑care operations. The role works closely with management and operational teams to keep day‑to‑day accounting activities organized and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and other financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, payment documentation, vouchers and supporting records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking, follow‑ups and reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank, cash, customer and supplier balances and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month‑end closing, expense reporting and preparation of basic financial summaries.
• Maintain orderly digital and physical filing systems for accounting documents.
• Coordinate with service advisors, suppliers and internal staff to verify transaction details.
• Handle financial information confidentially and assist with audit or management requests.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of bookkeeping and routine accounting procedures.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash handling and bank reconciliation.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing financial records.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software, confident using formulas and data‑entry tools.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, maintain clear filing systems and meet reporting deadlines.
• Professional communication skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers and operational colleagues.
• Integrity, confidentiality, organization and willingness to learn UAE business and tax documentation practices.
