Assistant Boutique Manager

About the role

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to support the overall management of a medium to large luxury store in the United Arab Emirates. You will oversee merchandising, financial performance, and the day‑to‑day operations of the boutique while developing the team’s capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑end, back‑end and sales‑floor activities to meet operational sales performance targets.
• Supervise and develop a diverse sales team, setting performance objectives and providing coaching or informal training.
• Plan and implement medium‑ to long‑term work schedules, coordinating across multiple teams.
• Develop and communicate solutions for common customer issues and ensure a seamless order‑processing protocol.
• Monitor health, safety and environment KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent level of education.
• At least 60 months (5 years) of relevant experience in retail or boutique management.
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources to achieve senior‑manager defined objectives.
