About the role

The Assistant Director Food & Beverage will support the leadership of JW Marriott Marquis Dubai’s extensive food and beverage operations. This role is based in the heart of Dubai’s downtown district, overseeing a portfolio of restaurants, bars, room service and banquet facilities within a world‑class 5‑star hotel.

Key responsibilities

Assists in leading the property’s food and beverage/culinary operation, including restaurants, bars, room service and banquets/catering.

Required profile

Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment.
