Assistant Engineer – Electrical Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Engineer to join our Engineering Section in Ras Al Khaimah. You will support the maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operation across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, automatic doors, cleaning machines, and both electrical and diesel forklifts.
• Identify, report, and mitigate technical faults and safety risks following established safety procedures.
• Execute breakdown maintenance activities and follow SOPs, manuals, drawings, specifications, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions, repair or replace damaged components, and collect electrical parameters for daily checklists.
• Adhere to quality systems, safety procedures, and cGMP requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prevent production interruptions.
• Coordinate SAP PM/CM notifications, receiving reports, and purchase requisitions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a similar field.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, generation and distribution systems, and cGMP/data‑integrity principles.
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
