Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of a confidential hospitality venue in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, driving commercial performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between front‑of‑house and culinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing F&B and front‑of‑house operations, ensuring consistent guest experience.
• Lead, supervise, and develop service teams while enforcing operational discipline.
• Monitor sales, costs, staffing, inventory, and wastage to optimise performance.
• Address guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate closely with culinary and support departments to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with standards.

Required profile

• 13–15+ years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality, preferably in multi‑outlet or hotel environments.
• Strong background in managing front‑of‑house teams, SOP compliance, and outlet performance.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L, labour productivity, and cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
