Assistant General Manager – Ossiano

About the role

The Assistant General Manager will support the overall operation of the Ossiano restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth day‑to‑day service. This role combines leadership, cost control, and staff development to uphold Atlantis’ high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive service excellence and daily guest satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a guest database to encourage repeat visits.
• Collect, analyse, and act on guest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Lead the outlet, delegating tasks and coaching the management team to meet deadlines and targets.
• Guide the team on upselling techniques and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Recruit, interview and onboard staff in partnership with HR, ensuring candidates meet company standards.
• Oversee food and labour cost controls, sharing P&L responsibility.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and brand standards throughout the restaurant.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in full‑service restaurant management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
• Strong focus on guest service and operational excellence.
• Experience managing budgets, food cost and labour cost.
