About the role

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager you’ll help oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and meeting areas are clean, comfortable and ready for guests.

Key responsibilities

Support daily housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness and service standards across guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and meeting areas.
Assign and inspect rooms, verify status and report updates to ensure timely availability.
Monitor inventory levels for linens and supplies, keeping carts and storage areas stocked.
Track payroll reports, manage work schedules and oversee the lost‑and‑found program.
Coordinate with Engineering and Property Operations to address maintenance and repair needs.
Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance and foster a positive work environment.

Required profile

Passion for delivering memorable hospitality experiences and acting with integrity.
Strong leadership mindset, teamwork orientation and a sense of ownership and accountability.
