Assistant Income Auditor

About the role

The Assistant Income Auditor supports the Income Auditor in reviewing daily revenue records, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This position plays a key role in daily revenue audits, report preparation, and cross‑departmental coordination to resolve any discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conducting daily revenue audits and verify that all revenue is recorded correctly.
• Reconcile daily sales reports and bank deposits.
• Prepare and distribute daily and monthly revenue audit reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of all income‑related transactions.
• Support the Income Auditor in preparing for internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in auditing or accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Opera (POS/financial) system.
