Assistant Manager – Accounting & Compliance

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Accounting & Compliance will lead the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements for a large group of entities, ensure tax compliance, and drive finance process automation using AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual standalone and consolidated financials for 9 holding companies and over 80 entities in full IFRS compliance.
• Manage corporate tax, VAT/FTA compliance and coordinate internal and statutory audits.
• Support the end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, including requirement gathering, testing and data migration.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation using Microsoft Copilot, Claude AI and Power BI.
• Advise group entities on IFRS application, internal controls and best‑practice accounting procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in accounting/finance with CA, ACCA or CPA qualification.
• 5‑6 years of post‑qualification experience in a techno‑functional finance role within a fast‑moving global organization.
• Expert‑level knowledge of IFRS with strong practical application.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across multiple teams.
