Assistant Manager – Creative & Content (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking an Assistant Manager – Creative & Content to support the visual storytelling of its signature restaurants. The role bridges marketing, PR, social and operations teams to ensure brand‑consistent, high‑impact content across guest‑facing, digital and internal channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and delivery of creative and content assets for restaurant launches, activations and ongoing F&B marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate visual assets, presentations and content toolkits, ensuring alignment with Jumeirah brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Social and Operations to translate restaurant stories into clear creative briefs.
• Manage relationships with agencies, designers and production partners to guarantee timely delivery of assets.
• Conduct quality checks, organise assets and oversee creative implementation to maintain Jumeirah standards.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in creative, content, design coordination or marketing production, preferably within luxury hospitality, restaurants or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record supporting visual content, presentations, campaign assets or brand materials across multiple channels.
• Strong eye for design, storytelling and detail, with an understanding of luxury brand application.
• Experience working with creative agencies, designers and cross‑functional teams.
