About the role
The Assistant Manager will lead the introduction and evolution of the Release Management framework for the Retail Banking Group’s digital initiatives, working closely with Agile Coaches, architects and governance functions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement release management policies, processes and tools to ensure compliance with Mashreq’s technology stack and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with business governance, risk, compliance and CXCG teams to secure necessary artifacts and sign‑offs for all production releases.
- Maintain up‑to‑date deployment evidence and ensure controls align with bank policies and local regulations.
Required profile
- Strong ability to build consensus across cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with digital studio environments and agile methodologies.
