Assistant Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Assistant Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis will act as a bridge between data‑driven accounting functions and senior leadership, overseeing the full financial planning cycle for PureHealth’s UAE operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial support and analysis to department heads to enable data‑based decisions.
• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly outlook processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Develop and maintain detailed customer‑wise P&L statements and conduct profitability analysis of contracts and clinics.
• Build, stress‑test and update sophisticated financial models for long‑range planning and “what‑if” scenarios.
• Partner with Lab Directors and operational teams to translate financial data into actionable strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and drive accountability for KPIs across departments.
• Champion the migration from manual reporting to automated BI dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional qualification: CPA, CMA or ACCA.
• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a high‑volume healthcare or laboratory environment.
• Strong understanding of UAE economic landscape, IFRS and local healthcare regulations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
• Financial modelling and analytical expertise.
