Assistant Manager – Floral Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager – Floral Operations to join the resort’s Floral Operations team. The role supports the Floral Director in delivering high‑quality floral arrangements across the integrated resort, which is slated to open in 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Floral Director in all phases of floral activities and act on their behalf during absences.
• Inspect front‑of‑house floral arrangements daily to ensure Wynn standards of quality.
• Maintain floral inventory, coordinate storage, and control costs.
• Supervise daily department operations, conduct regular inventory, and report irregularities.
• Coordinate floral arrangements for Banquet Event Orders and large‑scale events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a 5‑star integrated hotel/resort, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Previous commercial floral experience, preferably with large events, weddings, or shows.
• Fluent English communication and familiarity with Western, Asian, and Middle Eastern flower design.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
