About the role
Atlantis The Palm, part of Kerzner International, is looking for an Assistant Manager Laundry in Dubai. The role supports the Manager, Laundry in the day-to-day operation of the Guest Laundry, ensuring that guest laundry, pick-up and delivery processes follow Forbes standards through quality checks. The position suits someone with a clear passion for customer service and a willingness to learn across resort operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar position within a luxury property
- Ability to contribute to and deliver against a business strategy
