About the role

Join noon Minutes, the fastest hyper‑local delivery platform in the MENA region, as an Assistant Manager, Operations. You will help scale the business, ensure flawless execution of the Q‑Commerce strategy, and act as the operational hub for a city or cluster of stores.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the scaling of Noon Minutes operations across the assigned city/cluster.
• Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuously improve processes.
• Own end‑to‑end operational KPIs, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary Operations Point of Contact for all city‑level matters.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on strategy and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management or a related field from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, Q‑commerce, or retail operations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with a proven track record of data‑driven process improvements.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to devise creative solutions under pressure.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
