Assistant Manager – Retail Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Retail Marketing to join a leading luxury retail group in Dubai. The role will support the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with commercial, retail, and operations teams to drive customer‑engagement, footfall, and brand‑building initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated retail marketing calendar covering campaigns, malls, offline media, partnerships, events, visual merchandising and travel retail.
• Translate commercial and marketing priorities into structured campaign, activation and content plans, using customer insights and retail trends.
• Create detailed briefs for creative agencies and internal design teams, review copy, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate the production, adaptation and delivery of campaign assets for offline, digital, CRM and partnership channels.
• Prepare agency and vendor briefs for OOH, transit, print and radio, manage media plans, bookings and contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Approximately 8 years (96 months) of experience in retail marketing or related fields.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, commercial, retail and operations teams.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and calendars.
