Assistant Marketing Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Marketing Manager to support our multinational automobile brand across the Middle East and North Africa. Reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will help shape and execute strategies that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, analyse market trends and manage budgets and KPIs.
• Create messaging and positioning for vehicle segments, ensure brand consistency, and analyse distributor marketing performance.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, outdoor and events, coordinating with creative agencies and regional partners.
• Oversee website, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, content calendars, lead‑generation and CRM nurturing initiatives.
• Coordinate with product, sales, content, PR and after‑sales teams as well as external agencies and distributors.
• Plan and execute events such as auto shows, new model launches and customer engagement programmes.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Marketing from a reputable university.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑channel campaigns and manage marketing budgets.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project‑management skills.
• Passion for the automotive industry and emerging mobility trends (EVs, connected vehicles).
