Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support KFC UAE’s marketing team in executing campaigns, promotions and new product launches. The role focuses on driving brand growth, market share and sales across all channels, including aggregators, while ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing short‑ and long‑term brand strategies to achieve transaction growth, sales volume and profitability.
• Execute marketing campaigns at market, emirate and store levels and analyse performance to recommend improvements.
• Develop and manage visibility plans with aggregator platforms (Talabat, Keeta, Deliveroo, Noon Food, Careem) to drive sales growth.
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain and revenue management to ensure campaign readiness, stock availability and store capacity.
• Monitor live campaigns, resolve issues quickly and report results for continuous learning.
• Build performance dashboards using Power BI, Excel and Google Analytics and prepare data‑backed proposals with ROI forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA or master’s a plus).
• 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in QSR, FMCG or agency environments.
• Fluency in English and spoken Arabic (Arabic speaking required).
• Experience working with aggregator platforms and managing channel‑specific growth strategies.
