Assistant Nanny – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Nanny to support the primary caregiver in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing attentive, nurturing care to children aged 7‑18, assisting with daily routines, and contributing to a safe, stimulating household environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead nanny with children’s daily schedules, including meals, hygiene, and bedtime routines.
• Organise and lead educational and recreational activities that promote development.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to sanitation, hygiene, and food‑safety standards.
• Support light household tasks directly related to the children’s care.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring child safety at all times.
• Travel as required for family commitments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience, preferably with VVIP families.
• Advanced Childcare Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high‑pressure situations.

• Tax‑free salary AED 2,500 per month, increasing to AED 4,000 after two years.
