About the role
Mediclinic Middle East is seeking an Assistant Nurse for a temporary assignment on a medical ward in Dubai. The role involves providing patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, following clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in line with MCME risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by maintaining a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
- Support a learning environment that enhances employee competence.
Required profile
- Essential: Nursing Diploma.
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a Medical‑Surgical Ward.
