Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the Outlet/F&B Manager in delivering exceptional food and beverage service at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. This role ensures consistent product quality, guest satisfaction, and smooth day‑to‑day operations within the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and assist the Outlet/F&B Manager with daily operations, inspecting service and maintaining product consistency.
• Provide exceptional service to guests and foster positive employee relations between the kitchen and dining areas.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of team members.
• Ensure adherence to corporate, regional, and local hotel standards, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (advantage).
• Minimum two years of fine‑dining or all‑inclusive luxury hotel experience.
• Service‑oriented with strong guest service skills and the ability to lead colleagues to excellence.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of the Opera property management system.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs.
