Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

Assist the Outlet Manager/F&B Manager in daily operations of the restaurant and all‑inclusive outlets, ensuring consistent service quality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Outlet Manager/F&B Manager with operational tasks, including inspecting service standards and product consistency.
• Provide exceptional service to guests and maintain strong employee relations between the kitchen and dining areas.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of team members.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, regional, and local hotel operating policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (advantage).
• Minimum of two years experience in fine‑dining or all‑inclusive operations within a luxury hotel.
• Service‑oriented mindset with strong guest service skills and the ability to lead colleagues to excellence.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Opera property management system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
