Assistant Patient Experience Officer – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Support the Patient Experience Officer in delivering on‑spot assistance, information and high‑quality customer service to patients, families and visitors, while coordinating emergency logistics and handling complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate assistance and information to patients, families and visitors.
• Coordinate logistics and medical care during emergencies, liaising with ambulance services, police and medical staff.
• Handle patient complaints, resolve conflicts and act as an intermediary between patients, families and hospital staff.
• Record, track and report patient requests, concerns and statistical data for management.
• Support nursing staff and physicians to minimise patient issues and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Communicate facility policies, visiting rules and gather feedback through surveys.

Required profile

• High school diploma; a diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of healthcare experience; Arabic speaking required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within hospital policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients, families and staff.
