Assistant Patient Experience Officer Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Assistant Patient Experience Officer provides on‑spot assistance and information to patients, families, and visitors, ensuring high‑quality customer service within the hospital environment. The role also gathers feedback and reports issues to improve overall service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and medical care during emergencies, including communication with ambulance, police, doctors and nurses.
• Resolve facility problems, liaise with other departments, and arrange repairs when needed.
• Manage patient complaints, mediate conflicts, and act as an intermediary between patients, families and staff.
• Record and track patient requests and concerns using the department’s database system.
• Provide doctors with relevant patient information and assist nursing staff to minimise complaints.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow hospital policies.
• Collect data on patient care concerns and prepare reports for management.

Required profile

• High School degree (minimum); Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with Arabic language proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and external agencies.
