About the role

Parsons is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in planning and executing infrastructure and architectural projects in Dubai. The role involves coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify client and stakeholder project needs and goals, and create detailed project plans.
  • Organise and store project reports and documents, maintaining up‑to‑date project documentation.
  • Manage the project team, delegate tasks, and schedule work to meet deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing and proofing project deliverables, tracking progress, and reporting status.
  • Coordinate meetings, draft invoices, and draw estimates as part of administrative duties.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within infrastructure and architectural projects.
  • Experience in the infrastructure and engineering industry covering roads, highways, utilities, transport engineering, and urban planning.
