Assistant Recruitment Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Assistant Recruitment Manager to support our talent acquisition function at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a five‑star beachfront resort in Ras Al Khaimah. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top hospitality talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with the resort’s staffing needs.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from job posting through offer negotiation using the Smart Recruiter portal.
• Partner with department heads to create accurate job descriptions and coordinate interview schedules.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain up‑to‑date candidate pipelines.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the hotel at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Prepare regular recruitment metrics reports and support onboarding for new hires.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience in a 5‑star hospitality property.
• Proven track record in full‑cycle recruitment and managing hiring processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Smart Recruiter.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective use of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) for sourcing candidates.
• Experience with recruitment marketing techniques and employer branding.
