Assistant Relationship Manager - BB MBBF

About the role

First Abu Dhabi Bank is hiring an Assistant Relationship Manager for its Business Banking department (MBBF) in Dubai. The role focuses on meeting monthly and annual sales targets, acquiring new clients and growing the existing client base, while ensuring compliance with KYC and compliance policies.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, including KPIs for MBBF, and focus on new-to-bank acquisition and cross-selling to existing clients
• Analyse customer cases after field visits and provide complete customer information
• Be familiar with all policies, products and processes to deliver a superior client onboarding experience
• Take part in the bank's learning, development and training programmes
• Maintain daily sales reports on sales performance for review by the team leader and manager
• Implement prescribed sales and compliance processes, risk control assessments and governance controls to minimise potential losses
• Keep audit ratings satisfactory and bring quality customers to the franchise
• Discuss cases with stakeholders and suggest improvements to products and processes

Required profile

• University degree
• 3-5 years of experience in banking or a financial industry
• MBA, PGDM, sales diploma or certification preferred
• Good convincing and negotiating skills
