Assistant Relationship Manager – Liabilities

About the role

The Assistant Relationship Manager – Liabilities will support the Retail Liabilities team in acquiring new‑to‑bank customers and building long‑term relationships through CASA accounts and related financial products. This is a talent‑pool position, inviting expressions of interest for future opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a yearly and monthly basis.
• Meet cross‑selling targets for non‑assigned products such as Fixed Deposits, Bancassurance and FX Remittances.
• Explore new markets and customers within the assigned territory to increase sales volume.
• Create customer awareness of new products through mailers, personal visits and other outreach activities.
• Manage key accounts to ensure superior service and foster customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE banking experience in sales, specifically liabilities.
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics, banking policies and their implications.
• Proven record of achieving cross‑selling targets and building customer awareness.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and perseverance.
