About the role
The Assistant – Research & External Engagement supports the daily operations of the research ecosystem in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Manager – Research, the role ensures smooth management of research projects, grants, and compliance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative assistance for research projects and grants.
- Maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and support researchers in day‑to‑day activities.
- Assist with grant and project management tasks, ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in research administration or a similar support role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
