Assistant Restaurant Manager – Enigma & Q's Bar

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at Enigma & Q's Bar in Dubai. You will support the outlet’s daily operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest while working closely with the kitchen and hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day service flow and maintain high standards of presentation, quality and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team, handling scheduling, briefings, training and performance management.
• Address guest feedback promptly and resolve any concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory, control wastage and manage operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel areas to guarantee smooth operations.
• Assist in planning and executing promotions, events and special functions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a high‑end restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Strong understanding of food‑and‑beverage service standards, guest experience and cost control.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
