Assistant Sales Training Manager

About the role

Harvard Logistics is seeking an Assistant Sales Training Manager to support the design, delivery and administration of sales training programmes across its network. The role ensures sales teams are equipped with the skills, product knowledge and digital tools needed to achieve performance targets safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise sales coaching tools and techniques to develop sales executives.
• Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) for training delivery.
• Prepare and deliver sales skills and product training sessions.
• Conduct training needs analysis for the entire sales network and deliver need‑based programmes.
• Control training budgets and maximise ROI.
• Deliver digital competency training on CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems.
• Organise yearly sales executive competitions for Nissan, Renault, Infiniti, fleet and CPO.
• Track implementation of GIA recommendations for sales & marketing.
• Conduct quarterly product tests for all sales executives.
• Achieve KPI targets for the Nissan Sales Executives Certification Program.
• Lead induction training for new sales executives.
• Design and develop training modules and materials.
• Coordinate GHRD training for sales staff.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Sales Trainer certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Minimum 5 years experience in an automobile distributorship or related high‑volume sales environment.
• Hands‑on automotive sales experience.
• Strong organisational, planning and presentation abilities.
• Ability to motivate large sales teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LMS administration.
• Experience using sales coaching tools.
• CRM systems knowledge, particularly Salesforce.
• ERP/Oracle software familiarity.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
