Assistant Security Manager

About the role

Falcon Shield Security is looking for an experienced Assistant Security Manager to support the Security Operations Manager in daily operations across its Dubai portfolio. The role combines operational oversight, team leadership, client liaison and compliance monitoring to ensure safe and secure environments for commercial, residential and industrial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Security Operations Manager in achieving departmental objectives and resolving operational issues.
• Conduct regular and random site inspections, day and night, and perform security risk assessments.
• Plan monthly operational schedules, supervisor visits and team activities.
• Manage staff deployment, relievers, replacements and allocation of resources.
• Monitor team performance, discipline, attendance and compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations.
• Lead, motivate and communicate with security teams, supporting performance appraisals and addressing disciplinary matters.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, attend meetings, handle complaints and ensure KPI achievement.
• Oversee leave planning, staff records, appraisals and operational documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security operations or a related supervisory role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Knowledge of UAE security regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to conduct thorough site audits and risk assessments.
