Assistant Shift Manager - Front Services (Bell & Valet)

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new luxury resort opening in early 2027, is seeking an Assistant Shift Manager for Front Services (Bell & Valet). You will support the Front Services team by supervising bell, doorman, and valet staff, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, and upholding five‑star service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise bellmen, doormen, and valet staff during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate guest luggage handling, transportation, and valet services with the front desk and concierge.
• Conduct shift briefings, train team members on service standards, safety, and guest etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and bell desk areas.
• Handle guest inquiries, service recovery, and report operational issues to the Front Services Manager.
• Monitor inventory of luggage tags, trolleys, and guest amenities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in bell services or guest arrival operations, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and a guest‑focused attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work shift‑based schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
