Assistant Store Manager – Retail

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales, overseeing daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and train non‑management staff.
• Maintain visual displays, protect store assets, and conduct inventory control.
• Analyze sales reports to inform decision‑making and operate POS systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong problem‑solving, team‑building, and multi‑tasking abilities.

• Passion for fashion and product knowledge.
