Assistant Vice President – Domestic Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead its Domestic Marketing team, driving revenue growth across the UAE, GCC, and key MENA markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑market business plans to increase theoretical win, ADT, frequency and yield.
• Lead Player Development and VIP Host teams, fostering high‑performance culture and revenue accountability.
• Design regionally relevant marketing programs, events and promotions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Gaming Operations, Hospitality, Finance, Digital, Compliance and F&B to deliver integrated guest experiences.
• Oversee reinvestment governance, marketing budgets and expense controls to maximize profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience in gaming marketing, VIP services or player development.
• Proven success driving multi‑market revenue growth in GCC, MENA or comparable regions.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating in highly regulated and culturally diverse environments.

Required skills

• Advanced understanding of player segmentation, reinvestment models, ADT, theoretical win and revenue analytics.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and regulatory risk awareness.
