Associate Client Engagement

About the role

EDGE is hiring an Associate Client Engagement (Business Development) in Abu Dhabi. The role is the main entry point for new client engagements with XRANGE, the secure test and evaluation facility operated by REMAYA, which supports defence and platform testing. The associate acts as a client-facing representative, handling onboarding, registration, bookings and ongoing client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and registration of new clients, including documentation, approvals, compliance submissions and account setup
• Maintain onboarding records and document control, and act as first point of contact for client enquiries and booking requests
• Work with Scheduling, Operations, Engineering, Logistics and other departments to validate requirements and track client activities
• Administer and support the XRANGE Digital Booking System and related customer platforms, and help resolve user issues
• Maintain client, booking and utilisation records, and produce reports, dashboards and metrics on onboarding volumes, booking trends and service performance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field
• Professional certification in Customer Service, Business Administration, Project Coordination or equivalent
• Industry-recognised AI Foundation Certification
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
• Valid UAE driving licence

• Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital business systems
• Analytical and reporting capability, attention to detail and confidentiality
