Associate Client Solutions – FSS (UAE National)

About the role

The Associate Client Solutions role within the Financial Services Solutions (FSS) team supports the bank’s securities services clients in the UAE. Reporting to the Client Service Manager, the associate ensures post‑trade queries are resolved, client relationships are maintained and service standards are upheld for high‑value custody clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for securities services clients, handling post‑trade enquiries, complaints and service issues.
• Deliver service in line with agreed standards and client satisfaction criteria, following the client tiering model.
• Collaborate with Business Account Managers, regional heads, operations, product management and external parties to devise solutions for complex, multi‑market requirements.
• Monitor client satisfaction metrics, identify improvement opportunities and implement service enhancements.
• Support incident management by ensuring timely resolution of client issues.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of post‑trade processes and securities custody services.
• Experience working with large global financial institutions and high‑expectation client bases.
• Excellent collaboration skills to coordinate across regional and functional teams.
• Ability to manage client relationships and contribute to retention and growth of services.
