About the role
Join Radisson Hotel Group as an Associate Cluster Revenue Manager, supporting the revenue management department across multiple hotels. You will help maximise revenue, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the revenue management department, handling reservations and meeting & events enquiries.
- Develop and implement revenue strategies, monitor key metrics and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Manage departmental budget, control costs and inventory, and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in revenue management with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent managerial skills, hands‑on approach and ability to lead by example.
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for the hospitality industry.
- Integrity and ability to work in a high‑performance environment.
Required skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
