Associate Corporate Tax

About the role

Play a key role in implementing corporate tax strategies, projects, and ensuring tax compliance within the corporate tax function of Aldar Group. The position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the AVP – Corporate Tax and wider tax team to execute comprehensive corporate tax strategies aligned with group objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in reviewing monthly tax provision calculations, reconciling them to the ledger.
• Participate in the end‑to‑end annual corporate tax compliance process, ensuring accurate and timely filing of all tax returns.
• Lead transfer pricing initiatives, ensuring compliance with international guidelines and recommending optimisation strategies.
• Provide tax expertise during mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions, including due diligence, structuring and post‑transaction integration.
• Support Country‑by‑Country Reporting, Pillar 2, ESR compliance and cross‑border tax matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, mergers and acquisitions or tax consultancy, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team.
