Associate - Customer Support

About the role

Join ADCB's Global Business Services team as an Associate focused on cloud financial management. You will work with multi‑cloud environments, translate complex cost data into actionable financial insights, and partner with engineering, finance and risk teams to drive cost‑aware decisions across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Provide deep, hands‑on expertise across AWS, Azure, OCI and Google Cloud, including cost and usage tooling, pricing mechanics and discount programs.
• Manage SaaS, AI and productivity service pricing models, forecast demand and control financial exposure.
• Apply FinOps operating models: cost allocation, budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis and anomaly detection.
• Design and maintain chargeback/show‑back frameworks and cloud cost data pipelines for executive reporting.
• Advise on cost‑efficient, compliant architecture patterns and influence senior stakeholders on financial accountability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Cloud Financial Management, FinOps or related financial governance roles, preferably in a regulated or banking environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• FinOps Certified Practitioner (FOCP) and FOCUS Analyst certifications are mandatory; FinOps for AI certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and financial modelling skills with a focus on high‑volume multi‑cloud datasets.
