Associate Director – Corporate Finance

About the role

KPMG Middle East is seeking an Associate Director to lead complex valuation and financial modelling engagements for corporate finance clients in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee large‑scale valuation assignments, ensuring delivery within budget and deadlines while maintaining KPMG quality standards.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of business valuations, merger valuations, purchase price allocations and accounting‑related valuations.
• Advise clients on complex valuation issues and integrate multidisciplinary expertise to meet client needs.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, collaborate with other KPMG service lines, and support Directors/Partners in presenting findings.
• Manage billing, collection, risk management and administrative compliance throughout engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum eight years of experience executing large and complex valuation engagements.
• Relevant professional designation such as CBV, ASA or equivalent; graduate diploma (MBA or MSc Finance) or other qualifications (CPA, CA, CFA) considered an asset.
• Ability to work long hours when required to meet urgent client demands.
